Rules of the Battle of the Committees
- Everything that has to be sent to the Board has to be sent to: Intern@luna-tik.nl
- Every task that includes photo/video material showing committee members is only valid, if the Membership File has been handed in.
- Board Members do not count for Pictures that demonstrate attendance.
- The official start of the Battle of the Committees is the 3rd of September, 2018. The official end is the 18th of June, 2019.
- Overview over current stats will be shown at each GMA.
- Announcement of the winner will be made at the last GMA: 19th of June, 2019.

|Handing in the membership file* of the committee to the board before October 21st 2018 for 4 points or October 28th 2018 for 2 points * This file should include at least everyone who is 100% in the committee, it can always be altered afterwards.||4 points
|Submitting a picture and text to put on the website to the Head of Internal Relations before November 9th , 2018 for 4 points & November 16th 2018 for 2 points||4 points
|Having a shirt for the committee before January 7th, 2019.
There is an alternative deadline for the INCO which is March 31st, 2019.
Alternative for BACO since they do not have a shirt: Having everything you are going to wear at the ball before January 7th 2019. (Send a picture)
|Submitting an up-to-date version of the committee manual before May 6th, 2019.
There is an alternative deadline for the INCO, TRACO and ANCO, which is June 9th, 2019.
|Writing a piece* of text about one’s own activity. It has to be handed in within one week after the activity happened.
*Points are given differently to each committee to allow equality between the committees, see table
*Activities that are multiple days long require descriptions about each day seperately.
*These will be posted on Facebook after the activity took place to demonstrate what it was like – together with some pictures.
Alternative for INCO since their activity is after the end of the BoC: writing a description per day about last INCO and using it for Promotion during the following Introweek. Deadline: 18th of June, 2018
|Being present with two members of a committee during an activity of another committee. This attendance has to be demonstrated with a picture of the committee members at the activity within 24h after the activity.
OR Being present with at least 50% of the members of the committee during an activity of another committee. This attendance has to be demonstrated with a picture of the committee members at the activity within 24h after the activity.
*No Board Member counts on these pictures
|Bringing three or more non- or non-active members* to ANY activity and telling them how cool it is to become active (or at least come to more activities). A picture of these people has to be taken at the activity in order to demonstrate their presence. (Send to Intern within 24h after activity)
*Extraordinary Members do not count
|Organizing an activity together with another committee or association.||2 points|
|Attending a General Members Assembly (GMA) with at least 50% of the members of a committee. Attendance will be taken by the board during the GMA.
*No board member counts, because we are always there anyways
|When 80%* of a committee is present at their own meeting. A picture** of these people has to be demonstrated to the Intern. A maximum of 5 of these pictures can be handed in per committee.
*For Committees with 4 or less members: Send the picture as long as no more than 1 person is missing.De commissies die vóór 2015 een stukje en een foto hebben ingeleverd voor de website krijgen één punt.
**This does not count as a valuable picture for the Social Media Promotion.
|Coming up with a great idea to brighten up/improve the Luna-tik desk or room. The whole board will decide whether it can be implemented, which is the requirement for the points||1 point|
|Submitting an idea* for Luna-tik to carry out during the RAGweek**.
*The board will pick the winning idea. Only the winning committee will earn the 3 points.
**RAGweek: Raise And Give – Week: A foundation that raises money by organizing activities in the so-called “RAGweek”. Student – and study associations usually help by organizing their own activity and donating the income to RAGweek.
|Acitivity-specific Material: Sending the Board useful Photo and Video material* that can be used for Promotion. Points for the material are assigned by 20/x, where x is the total number of days all activities of a committee demands. (ex: x=4 for TRACO) Note: please be reasonable with the number of pictures you send. (1=not enough, 15=too much)
*anything that provides insight into the planning-process of an activity, and what the activity was like in the end.De commissies die vóór 2015 een stukje en een foto hebben ingeleverd voor de website krijgen één punt.
Alternative for INCO: collect & submit pictures of the past Introduction Camp that you would like to use as promotion for your own Introduction Camp.
|Max: 20 points|
|Non-activity-specific Material: Sending the Board useful Photo and Video material* that can be used for Promotion (ex: bonding, meetings). This can be send up to 6 times, each time 1 point is given (Note: please be reasonable with the number of pictures you send. (1=not enough, 15=too much)
*anything that provides insight into the life of active members and what this membership entails à Show that it’s more than plain organizational meetings!

|Providing novel ideas for promoting Luna-tik or each committee. The whole board will decide whether it can be implemented, which is the requirement for the points.||2 points|
|Writing a poem, story (at least 250 words) about something that is anyhow Luna-tik related. (Has to be read out loud at the GMA.)||1 point|
|Writing & singing a song about something that is anyhow Luna-tik related. (Has to be performed at the GMA.)||2 points|
|Create a yell that your committee always shouts before drinking together. (Video material has to be sent to the Board/consistently performed at GMA/events)||1 point|
|Making a fitting holiday/season-themed picture with the whole committee. A maximum of 4 of these pictures can be send in.||1 point|
|Not going overbudget at the end of the year.||4 points|

*The Introcamp is outside of the BoC range. That means that it’s taken out of the total amount of activities. Additionally, the INCO cannot gain points by writing a text about their activity, nor by submitting pictures. That’s why the INCO can gain points by writing texts about the past Introduction Camp and collecting pictures that best describe the camp and can be used for promotion during next Introweek. The INCO is then responsible for pictures to be taken during their INCO, so the next INCO can gain points again…
